However, to complete a booking, customers must directly coordinate with our dedicated booking agents via WhatsApp.

Once a reservation is finalized, the official booking confirmation will be sent to the customer exclusively through WhatsApp. We strongly advise all customers to communicate only through this channel to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth booking experience.

Payments are processed directly through Book King Hotels, and once the reservation payment is completed, guests must send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to finalize their booking. Only after receiving the payment receipt will the requested date be officially reserved.

5. Guest Conduct Policy
